Refund me please

Dear Fullbeauty team! For many months I can't use your service because you block you service for russian customers & don't process russian cards. But today you automatically transact 19 $ from my card for Club membership. Please refund my 19 $ because I can't shopping on your site instead of blocking it for Russia. Also refund me please part of money for last year because your site don't work for Russia any months. Also please turn off my automatically fee for Delivery club membership.
