No one is available to help or assist with any issue. I was diverted to Travelgenio while searching tickets through Kayak. Travelgenio never return my money when in fact the Qatar Airways already sent it to them so they can refund the money to me. No answer or reply from both Kayak and Travelgenio. Very frustrating. After months of trying to get in contact with them through emails and phone calls. 0 reply.try User's recommendation: Try booking directly from airlines. Atleast you're protected.
