Refund from returning disneys frozen II

I recently sent back the copy of frozen II and still waiting on my reimbursement of $35.93 back into my bank account! Some representative first told me that as soon as I sent back the featured dvd it would take 1-2 business days for my cash to be back into my account then yesterday another representative told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get my cash back! Now I don’t want to have to sue your company I demand I’d get my cash back ASAP! Please and thank you my contact # is 412525****! Please call me back ASAP!
