On June the 9th, I purchased a visa debit card from circle K on 170 Wells Rd in West Monroe, Louisiana. Before I left the store, the manager informed me that the purchase was not going to activate my card because I used a debit card to purchase the Visa. She told me that she issued a refund but was unaware of the exact amount of time it would take to appear into my account. I waited over 10 and still no return in my account from the merchant. I spoke with a corporate representative exactly one month later and she told me that she would call me back but I have not received another call.
