refund for non delivered item

Feb 24/21 order [protected] reclining loveseat. Paid over $700 for this item and it's still not been delivered as of May19/21. I have requested a refund 3 times now and have been told that as per their company policy, there are no refunds. The ETA deliver on the website I purchased from states 2-4 weeks. I would like my money back. This company is operating on customers payments made for products they can't or won't deliver. This must be against the law.
