I have been waiting over 15 months for my refund. Keep getting the same response from them. I have the flight detail bank confirmation and an invoice from them and they are trying to say I never booked flight with them. I am so fed up now that they can do this to customers who work hard for their money and some of us are struggling through this pandemic. User's recommendation: Don’t book flights through esky.
