I was amongst hundreds of people stranded the first day...we were stuck in Las Vegas an extra 3 days! We were told we would be reimbursed for hotels and given food vouchers but only if you waited in line with hundreds of people doing the same...multiple flights canceled from spirt all waiting in line...we were told it was ok to book our selves...tried to call and speak to a representative 3 times..one phone call over 2 1/2 hrs and didnt get any further than the other calls...online crashed several times! No User's recommendation: Never fly spirit!!
