Booked Flight N0 14 for January 21st 2021. Flight was from JFK airport to Montego Bay Jamaica WI. 2 weeks before departure was informed that Caribbean Airlines was no longer going to Montego Bay but to Kingston. I was not going to Kingston and Caribbean Airlines did not offer any way as to how I will get to Montego Bay. The flight was therefore canceled and a Refund was to be refunded into my account. As of this date 08/23/2021 I have not received my refund. This is totally unacceptable.
