Our flight WS4 from LGW to YYZ of March 25, 2020 (2 passengers) was cancelled by Westjet. MWADCR. The purchase was made through Expedia.ca, but Expedia has notified us that payment for the flight bookings was submitted to Westjet on October 12, 2019... authorization code 07954S. Expedia.ca tells us that they cannot refund our payment, because they don't have our money; WestJet does. We were told that voucher monies for a future flight expire March 24, 2022, however, the Westjet website shows that flights to the UK will resume on May 2, 2022.
