This is a follow up with respect to the above=mentioned claim. Could you please inform me of the status since it's now pending for over 90 days and I haven't heard anything. I received an email dated 09/04/2021 where I was informed that my request have been initiated. this was sent by Ms. Leanna Balkaran-Parmashwar, Customer Experience Officer Please advise.
