The airline canceled our flight due to tech/staffing issues the evening before our trip. The staff member that I finally got on the phone after many attempts was wonderful at canceling my flights and refunding me. However the airlines messed us up by charging us $500 for a rebook at 1st which was canceled an hour later User's recommendation: Stay away from Spirt and use this hot line the employee was the only good thing to happen in regards to Spirt.
