Carnival Cruise Canceled our cruise due to the virus and we tried to get our money back on our credit card(Did NOT ask for cash). The supervisor advised us they would refund us in some gift cards????? WTF we did pay for some of the cruise on gift cards we received for Christmas presents....but if Carnival files BANKRUPTCY we are out that money. We do not want to cruise with Carnival again but if we have the gift cards we have too. This is NOT RIGHT!! We are waiting for someone else too call us back which, we figure will never happen! User's recommendation: NEVER.
