Refund delay for online purchase

The issue that I have experienced was: It's been over 1 week the item was returned &;;;;;;;;;;;;; reached Zara warehouse but the refund has not been processed. Each time i call the Vietnam customer care they give lame answers and ask me to keep waiting for the day when Zara can process the refund. Seriously!! I haven't come across such *** service from other retailers. No sense of customer service at all from Zara
