Refund / Cancellation of flight ticket booking

I had raised a request for the cancellation of my ticket on Wednesday, 28 July, 2021, 9:53 am and my flight departure time was 30 July, 2021, 04:45 pm, which is more than 54 hours before departure. I had also called on +44 [protected] and +[protected] number on Wednesday, 28 July, 2021, 11:46 am and asked the representative to cancel my ticket as the flights from India to UAE are not operating. After so many followups, I'm not getting any response to my emails.
