Refund
I have some items to return and sent them on July 10. I have waited for 15 business days as was mentioned in the refund policy. I provided the website with a tracking number but they were ignoring it asking about the package weight. They had the order on July 14 so they must give me my money back. I am still waiting and the customer service agents are very impolite and don't really try to solve your problem. I just want my money back ASAP and to end all the business with the company.
