Refrigerator – attempting (unsuccessfully) to contact the extended warranty number to schedule a repair

We purchased a Frigidaire side by side refrigerator May 27 2019. We also paid for a 3 year extended warranty. The refrigerator has not and does not keep a consistent temperature. We have finally determined the reason is the door is not properly closing. I called the [protected] number on Friday July 30, 2021 at 12:30 pm. I was on hold quite awhile. "Regina" answered and said the system was down, I would have to call back. I asked her if she would return my call since I was on hold for a lengthy time and she took my number but of course, no call back. Monday August 2, 2021 11:45 am MST and now the calls to the number resulted in "due to a high volume of calls, we are unable to take your call at this time". I tried the website of Frigidaire.com and it advises to call. I am calling but your company refuses to respond for some reason.
