Update by user Jun 18, 2020 $500.00 grocery Original review posted by user Jun 18, 2020 I bought and LG refrigerator on 2016 my refrigerator broke March 2020, I called the service and repair dept at Brandsmart it took them to send a repairman a week and just to come and check the refrigerator the repairman said it was a complete rebuild so it took over a week to get the parts this was April 2020 the repairman comes with the part and he had told me it originally that it was a complete rebuilt so now he says his only changing the compressor, and now two months later my refrigerator broke again!! I called again it took them a week to send a repairman to check the refrigerator this was June 6 Saturday and because I got very upset over the phone. I am still wait for the part to come in. I been buying ice daily and living of coolers. I have been a costumer of BrandsMart for many years, but after this experience I will not continue to go back. User's recommendation: Won’t recommend.
