Hello, wasnt able to get ahold of anyone thru technical support basically I bought both of my daughter one robkox gift card a piece with the amount of 10.00 on each card . We went online as usual to redeem the 10.00 dollars worth of roblox . It did credit both of my daughters account with the 10.00 dollars worth of roblox but it will not let me redeem the money to add to there account so they can use the roblox , its saying wrong pin . Never had a problem with this until now unfortunately
