I ordered a box of red cal y canto wine (ticket #[protected]) mid february. After waiting for a month I contacted gogroopie asking where it was. I was told the manufacturer would contact me in 7-10 days. I had already waited a month. I then had to chase it up again as i'd heard nothing. Since being told there was a problem with producing the wine, I have contacted gogroopie 3 times asking for a refund! Every time I email again I am told it will take 7 days, 5-7 days, or whatever your company decides at the time. Basically, my money is being kept from me which is illegal. Your company cannot indefinitely keep my money from me, and then every time I ask for my refund I get told I need to wait another week! For the last time of asking, can I please have my money back??? See below the generic email I get every time I contact gogroopie.
