Red thread in lawn questions

We have red thread brown straw patches in our lawn. We have used all Scott products. The last product was the enriched nitrogen one to try & get rid of the Red Thread areas. Should we treat the lawn again with nitrogen & if so how long between applications or what other product do u recommend? It is still in our lawn.
