model #22852a1 item no 11865 used only for eggs approx 5 times when the casing buckled and unable to close catch properly. after 2 more uses the plastic melted on top cover. this is not acceptable and also unsafe. i expect something to be done about this. i have previously had one and was very satisfied and used it for probably 5 years with no problems i enjoy the product but will not be using it again
