I participated in a technology focus group hosted by Hagen Sinclair(2018). The recruiters were very humble during their screening call. They explained me the purpose of the focus group and asked if I were comfortable participating. One day before the survey they sent a reminder and also sent me precise parking instructions. The venue of the focus group was clean and tidy and snacks were served too. The moderator of the focus study were professional and courteous. The focus group discussion started and concluded on time. They compensated me as for what they had promised. Personally, I didn't experience anything negative that I'd complain. I enjoyed the focus study and will participate in the future studies hosted by Hagen Sinclair Research.
