I ordered the above item through PayPal, December, 2020. February, 2021 I sent an email requesting the item. I received a response saying 'due to covid, the shipping has been delayed.' In March, I received a mini chainsaw blade, but no chainsaw so I emailed pictures and requested the item I originally ordered. In April, I repeated my request to the company. A week later I requested intervention from PayPal. The resolution is that I should pay to return the unwanted item (Interernational postage, receipt requested, insured) and then wait to be refunded for the item I ordered. Why am I given the burden of putting out more money in order to receive what is mine? I'd prefer receivng what I ordered; but a refund will do. The burden should be on the perpetrator, not the victim! Buyer Beware. Fool me once, shame on you...
