Recertification for my Cna

Im trying to see if I can pay for my own recertification, so Im able to go back to work. The last known job I had didnt redo my Cna . Iv reached out to them many times and she still hasnt done it. My Cna number is 341854****02E. Can some one please give me some assistance towards what I can do to renew it. If I can possibly redo my own.
