Recent stay at Harrah’s New Orleans

I was so disappointed, from the moment I walked into the hotel. the service is usually 5 star, I don't think it made it to 3 star this visit. there was only two receptionist at the check in desk, which made the check-in process much longer, no maid service, you had to request clean towels, and the brilliant white towels, were dingy, we had to dispose of our own trash, even the hallway needed to be vacuumed, I had a three day stay, I left after two, I hope that the service gets better, I spend thousands of dollars at the casino, and I expect to be treated much better, and they had the nerve to charge a resort fee. the elevator panel was User's recommendation: I would not recommend the Harrah's to any of my friends at this point.
