This was a huge waste of money. The area rug that I wanted cleaned smelled worse after the service &;;;;;;;;;; is now unusable. The chair had grey streaks of dirt all over the surface when it dried. The 2 employees appeared very young & inexperienced & were in the house for ~ 30 minutes. I have done a better job using a small hand held bissell. This is a huge disappointment & money down the drain. When I asked the employee about the cleaning of the rug he replied by saying he did the best he coulDo not schedule serviced????
