We arrived to the airport 3 hours early as recommended. Only to be told our flight was canceled. As was hundreds of other passenger's flights. This uninformed cancellation cost me and my husband over $800. Guess Spirit Airlines doesn't care if they took food out of our kids' mouths. The agent I spoke with at the airport was very friendly and apologetic, which helped in this stressful time. She gets an A+. Everyone else, F-DO NOT BOOK WITHdo User's recommendation: do not book with spirit airlines.
