The last two times I went to Panera I ordered a large mac and cheese and recieved a small. The first time I went, I picked up my mac and cheese and had already left after I realized it was a small so I could not ask to get a large. The second time I recieved my door dash order and it came as a small. I have photographic proof of the receipt and size of the container it came in. I would like to recieve some type of money back whether that goes into my bank account or in the form of a gift card for my incoviecnce and because I paid extra for a small. Thank you for your time.
