I placed an order for a pair of short harem joggers, size M. After more than 2 weeks, I received a completely different random item, which was a regular full grey pant and of a completely different style. Whats worse, it was a lot tighter and did not fit me at all, definitely not size M. I followed back immediately by sending them an email on support@***.io, but to no response. I sent them multiple emails thereafter, but no luck whatsoever. They do not even have a legit contact phone number. I really should have looked up all the other horrible reviews here about this fraud company, before deciding to shell out my money on them. I was totally robbed. User's recommendation: Absolute cheats, company is a joke and a total fraud. NEVER dare to buy anything here, unless you want to lose your money.
