Received wrong item and they would not acknowledge it or replace it!

They would not acknowledge that they sent me the wrong item even though I sent them a picture which they requested. I was hoping they would make it right by exchanging it but after doing everything they asked from me they refused to exchange it! This is a terrible company do not order from them. They dont even have a customer service phone number. User's recommendation: Buyer beware! They are awful!
