Update by user Mar 24, 2021 I’ve called Saks every day, they will not refund my money for their mistake. This is criminal!! Original review updated by user Mar 24, 2021 I received someone elses item- the box was addressed to me but the item and packing slip was for another person. I called Saks they said send back item and we will refund money. I sent it back. The shirt I received cost $22 the Paige dress I PAID for cost $256. Its been a month and Saks still hasnt refunded my money!!! User's recommendation: Don’t order online.
