received wrong color item

I placed an order for earrings that were advertised as Burgundy, picture and description said Burgundy on massimo dutti website. I received earrings that were brownish. After sending pictures of what i have received and speaking to customer service they explained to me that sometimes they advertise their products as being red, orange and sometimes what customer gets is not same color as what is on the website. What an explanation!!! This is the last time i order from massimo dutti. Nice products but unacceptable to give mismatching information to customers and explanation is sometimes the colors on website do not match what customer will receive. Now i am stuck with earrings i am not able to exchange or return.
