Received very poor customer service.

Wanted to cancel my TV but keep the internet, wifi, and cell. Called 1-85*-707-**** and was told I would have to call cs. She didn't know the number. Went to the store. Canceled the TV and was told that because I was 4 days past the billing cycle that I would be charged for the complete next cycle. I asked why not prorated. He responded with, "I don't make the rules". I wanted then to add GB to my phone. I was told I would have to call cs for that. I purchased the phone and set up the complete bundle there. He said it's another department and I would have to call. my phone User's recommendation: Do not use Spectrum if you expect good customer service.
