Placed an order for a transmission and have not received after 16 days. I called and a guy answered saying he is a contractor and that there is no manager available to speak with. I received a refund the following day without any explanation. They waisted over two weeks of my time, my vehicle is sitting at the mechanic shop. This company is a scam and a disgrace.
