Received broken item and hasn’t been sorted, over an year

I have purchase green chef cook stove and chimney while ordering via flip cart. They have not provided their service provider for installing the stuffs until a month. When i called private service provider and unpacked the items, found that the chimney lock has been broken. I have contacted the company to fix the same and emails them, but still this issues has not been resolved. User's recommendation: Do not trust on flip cart items.
