I just received the order of a new wahl lithium pro complete cordless hair trim kit. When I opened it, well it was a used scarfed up razor that the bottom plate was broken. I also could not charge it. I never thought that Target would even think of shipping something like that to a customer! Before I write my review please contact me via email to resolve this matter. I truly never expected to have to write this!
