The rebate was to be for 60 dollars. I got the prepaid card and when I activated it the card is only for 50 dollars. So who pocketed the other 10 bucks? This might not sound like a big deal. Yes I did get a rebate. But I made the purchase of Hankook tires, in part, for the ADVERTISED rebate. I feel deceived and I want to make sure others are aware and act accordingly.
