first i ran into a mess about price matxh promise which left me stuck with it. second i called Orbitz last week to find a flight voucher. i was supposed to get a call or email about this issue. its a voucher in the amount of 248 dollar and nobody lnows where it is. so i lost 136 dollar on price match promise, then lost 248 dollar on a voucher??? User's recommendation: after my next trip that I unfortunately booked with Orbitz never again.
