Realplayer downloader unauthorized credit charges

I have been being charged for a nonexistent service for several months. The service real player downloader. I don't use this service at all. My connection to it has been lost due to my needing to restore my computer to it's original settings due to a viral infestation. Today's date is december 26, 2015. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. The charges are appearing on my capitalone mastercard account
