Really pathetic customer service and money owed to me

After much push and motivation from my side Hauwei agreed the phone bend was not user fault and replaced the phone. As the fault was not due to the user, my service fee would be refunded. It's now been 2 months of we looking into it and i still don't have my service fee refunded. The after service is honestly the absolute worst i have ever experienced. I am ignored or after a week simply responded with 'it has been escalated and we will get back to you'. It's now been 2 months of this nonsence. The last response was pretty much 'we will get back to you when we get back to you' i.e. wait. If i owed Hauwei money Hauwei would not have the patience i am forced to have with this poor service.
