Really disappointed.
I have my 58'Hi Sense Smart television for 2 yrs. Just wouldn't switch on a month ago. Phoned Makro (where I purchased) they sent Master Audio to repair. Was brought back after 2 weeks. Entire screen had green lines and picture was pathetic. They took it back and then said it could not be repaired. Delivered it back 26/04/2021. My husband took it to Makro today, unfortunately we had a termite problem last year and the stand was damaged. Now they don't want to give us credit. Really outraged....I mean are u going to re sell a damaged TV that's why you require the stand as well. Doesn't make any sense. Now we were asked to phone Hi sense....its ridiculous. A whole month with out a television and still given the run around. Very unprofessional. User's recommendation: Please make sure u don't damage anything even by mistake. Or even if it's out of your control if possible.
