I am 14 months away from getting out of this contract. My husband died Jan 2019, I want to downsize and i cannot sell I am told TODAY till 2021. or pay the whole $84k. I was verbally told if a spouse becomes deceased it would be fulfilled...not...! Income is now half, no ss from husband and I must stay in a home that costs alot to run for 1 person. I had to cancel the home I was to purchase, today as I called to see where to send my husbands death certificate. Has anyone else run across this?
