Hello, I have documents of every time I attempted to contact google play, Roblox and my bank. I had a couple refunds, however they were never received at my bank nor back on my card. Also There were $526 in charges made to roblox over 30 transactions at once. I was in the hospital for 6 weeks on life support my 7 yr old had my phone. He had no clue he was charging it he thought someone was giving him roblox. I am on disability. I can barely afford to feed my kids. This was my car payment. Please help I have been dealing with this issue for a couple months.
