Re-occuring billing / non active pro account

HI, Can I start by stressing how unhelpful your website is! a lack of options to contact someone unless you deem it necessary, this is extremely poor customer care, the company you work for is doing everything possible to hide away! Secondly, I have been charged for the past 2 months £10.99 despite not having an active pro account, with the account connected to the invoice or any other accounts I've previously signed in with. Please arrange a refund. I have screen shots to demonstrate the issue raised. User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
