Hi, My name is Sharmini A/P K. Balasupramaniam, I have an outstanding personal loan with Alliance Bank since 2012, and was unable due to circumstances and my health conditions. Off late I have been receiving repeated calls from this agency, I understand if they call me. But now they are calling and harrasing my daughter, which they obtained from Maxis illegally and have been calling my daughter. I would like to lodge an offical complaint as in no circumstances do they have the right to call my daughter.
