5th of February 5, 2021 Dear Mr/Mrs, I am sending you this written notice to request cancellation of my Tenant insurance policy, number: 2839****, effective 5th of March 2021. I would appreciate if you can send me a written confirmation within 30 days of the cancellation being put into effect. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Awaiting your reply.
