Horrible - rip off artists. 300% markup, and nothing but excuses why they were late with my store. Avoid them all costs. They put on a good show with marketing but that's where it ends. I found out they pay off the mall managers to get on the recommended lists. Follow up to complete the punchlist took three months and disturbed my sales staff. We opened early almost every morning and they left dust and debris for us to clean up right before the mall opened. The project managers and field superintendents don't communicate. Which is funny because the super has a laptop which on two occasions when I visited the site he was on a *** website.
