I had a contractor do major construction on my house and rating his work from 1-10 he would receive a 3. Ray Kelly the contractor was unreliable and untrustworthy. He left my house in shambles for weeks and he had no care for myself or my family. I have waited over 6months to hear from him, no calls to keep in touch with me the homeowner to finish his contract work. My partner and I had to pay out of pocket the material and labor to finish Ray Kelly's work. Now he won't let the electrician come back to get my final C/O on the electrical. This prevents me from getting my final home C/O. I would not recommend Ray Kelly even if he was the last construction contractor.
