I had a rapid card since last year and my account was hacked and $400 was stolen off my card I called rapid as soon as my money was stolen, and I told them and filed a dispute but they didn't help they said and so-called error occurred, and they closed my case and...

It looks like half of your review was missing or you didn't finish... but I had a similar situation with this Rapid. My wallet was hacked and the money was stolen, about the same amount - about $350.. what the hell, I couldn’t resolve the issue properly with the support service, I couldn’t prove anything :[
