Rape!!

This company should be investigated for fraud, misrepresentation and more. I never consented to them changing my billing from NYSEG. They can show no proof yet they have billed me thousands of dollars at .16 per KW when NYSEG is a fraction of the cost. Tried to put me on hold for extended time to get rid of me. Criminal!!
